Terms of Sale for Refrigerated Trailer
This agreement pertains to the sale of a refrigerated trailer (“the Trailer”) as described in the invoice or sales order. The Trailer is sold in accordance with the specifications agreed upon between the Buyer and Seller.
2.1 Price: The total price for the Trailer is as outlined in the invoice or sales order.
2.2 Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full prior to delivery/collection unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment method is bank transfer.
2.3 Late Payments: Any late payment will incur interest at the rate of 2% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
3.1 Delivery: The Seller will arrange delivery as agreed. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the Trailer passes to the Buyer upon delivery/collection.
3.3 Inspection: The Buyer must inspect the Trailer upon delivery/collection and report any defects or damage within 24 hours. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the Trailer in its delivered condition.
4.1 Warranty Period: The Trailer is covered by a limited warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery/collection.
4.2 Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

4.4 Warranty Claims: All warranty claims must be submitted in writing, accompanied by proof of purchase. The Seller reserves the right to inspect the Trailer before approving any claim.
The Seller’s liability under this agreement is limited to repair or replacement of defective components or refunding the purchase price at the Seller’s discretion. The Seller is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, profits, or business.
6.1 Returns: The Trailer may only be returned with the Seller’s prior written consent. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
6.2 Cancellations: Orders cancelled after production has commenced may be subject to fees covering incurred costs.
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and Seller. No other agreements, representations, or warranties shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
By signing below, the Buyer acknowledges having read and agreed to these terms of sale.
